Wine Pairings

Bacon cooked in yeast, brioche, mushrooms

Arnaud Moreau Brut Tradition NV Grand Cru

A classic without any doubt displaying wonderful ripeness and complexity of fruit, intense secondary characters due to longer bottle ageing. Good structure provided by a blend dominated with Pinot Noir and balanced by refreshing Chardonnay. This wine perfectly illustrates the quality of this amazing Champagne village

Kilkeel crab, celeriac and apple

Herve Kerlann Bourgogne Blanc Cuvee H 2015

Only 3000 bottles of this fabulous white Burgundy are produced. Half of the grapes come from a prized vineyard from Southern Burgundy La Roche - Vineuse and the other half Northern Burgundy. After great craftsmanship in the winery both Cuvees are blended together resulting in intense floral notes and toasted almond. The palate is lively yet deliciously rounded exhibiting grapefruit zest and again notes of toasted almonds. Quite sublime for its entry level classification.

Salt cured Irish venison, tartare, house cultured cream

Arnaud Moreau Brut Rose NV Grand Cru

The finest Grand Cru Rose from the village of Bouzy. Red fruits dominate the flavour profile with a distinctive lean towards ripe red summer fruits infused with an impressive medium bodied structure. Impressive aftertaste that is both long and commanding...

Hay smoked Barbary duck, damson, toasted nuts and seeds

Herve Kerlann Hautes Cotes de Beaune En Cuillery 2014

Created from a single vineyard plot of Pinot Noir vines named "En Cuillery". Beautiful fragrance of both small red and blue fruits, also hints of truffle and damp earth, typically Burgundian. Good structure on the palate, high end of medium, with layered silky tannins in behind the impressive flavour profile.

Crozier Blue, honey baked quince, walnut

Petite Giraud Sauternes
